Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat. You will not have to leave the property for entertainment once you arrive! Swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, badminton, frisbee, basketball are available during your stay. With only a 10 minute drive to I-65, this retreat offers easy access to restaurants and shopping. Bring your boat and enjoy all that Lewis Smith Lake has to offer! Located adjacent to Smith Lake Park, the 5 lane boat ramp is within walking distance. Enjoy privacy without sacrificing location! Work from home with high speed internet! After a day on the lake you will enjoy this unique property with a large yard to enjoy campfires, yard games (badminton....) and places to spread out and relax! Sit in a hammock and enjoy a book or take a walk through Smith Lake Park. So many opportunities for fun!

We welcome children and provide lots of child friendly games and activities. However, there is a loft that we ask you to keep your children off of. The bunkroom downstairs is set up for kids! We do have a highchair and a mini-crib with sheets. We ask that you wash the crib sheets prior to departure if you use them.

You will receive a welcome email 48 to 24 hours prior to check-in with a unique code to the lockbox located on the patio door.

House Rules

Only pets under 20 pounds are allowed. While we are a pet loving family, many guests have pet allergies. If you bring a pet or a service animal, we will need to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. Please let us know when you are booking if you intend on bringing an animal. Thank you for your cooperation! No smoking No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

Payments will be accepted via Zelle, personal check, or direct deposit.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Your damage deposit will be collected via Zelle, check or direct bank deposit seven days prior to check-in date. Seven days after check-out date the deposit will be mailed via check, Zelle, or direct bank deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. If I am able to re-book, I will gladly refund your reservation less the credit card fees, if applicable.
