Leatherbark 108A Cozy Fireplace Quiet Retreat Relax on the Deck - Snowshoe

This clean and comfy condo is located between Top of the World and Snowshoe Village in Leatherbark! You can access village restaurants, shopping, and Starbucks within a five-minute walk. Leatherbark 108A is an easy, flat 5-minute walk to the Village and slopes. This one level condo features a large, open floor plan with a living/sitting area, electric fireplace, Smart TVs, dining space, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The main bedroom is large and roomy with a king bed and en-suite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed with easy access to the 2nd bathroom in the hall. The 3rd bedroom has a triangle bunk bed with a full sized mattress on the bottom, twin on top and twin trundle below (sleeps 4 total). A Pack N' Play is also available for little ones. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living area (sleeps 2). This bottom level unit has a deck with seating and gas fire-pit (summer only for the fire-pit). Please note that this unit is on the bottom level of Leatherbark and is one flight of steps down from the parking lot.

Leatherbark is on the main walking path and free shuttle route. There is a large grassy area in the rear-perfect for frisbee! Fire pit area, bike washing station, and basketball hoop.
