- Quiet apartment on the 3rd floor of a peaceful building;
- Amenities to feel at home (sheets & towels provided...) ;
- Arrival from 5 PM with complete autonomy and a host available until 8 PM;
- Some imperfections and signs of time, but an unbeatable view of the mountains and the sea!

The Space:

I invite you to stay at my place (Nicolas), the apartment of my childhood that I am gradually renovating to offer you a pleasant experience.

A 100 m² apartment on the 3rd floor of a residence without an elevator.

A cozy living room with a table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, television, and wifi.

A fully equipped kitchen for your meals after work or with family.

Three beautiful bedrooms with their storage spaces.
- A master suite with a shower room and its toilet.
- Two comfortable bedrooms.

- A second shower room with a shower, sinks, and some storage. Independent WC.

You will appreciate the charm of a renovation and tasteful decor, experience an unparalleled stay!

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Travelers every day from 10 AM to 7 PM (we are not reachable between 7 PM and 10 AM, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will specifically ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract) and the deposit fingerprint by credit card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

The Neighborhood:
Discover the vibrant neighborhood where Le Sunset is located! Situated in Fort-de-France, you will be ideally placed to explore Martinique. Just a few steps away, you will find local shops for your daily needs. For food lovers, several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance or a few minutes by car, offering a variety of local and international flavors. Enjoy the warm atmosphere and friendliness of the locals. Public transport is also easily accessible, making it easy to get to other attractions on the island.

Getting Around:
To facilitate your travels, here are some practical information regarding transportation. The apartment is located in Fort-de-France, easily accessible by car. Free parking is available on site. For those who prefer public transport, several bus stops are nearby, providing connections to different parts of the island. Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport (FDF) is about 30 minutes by car. Taxis are also available for your travels. We recommend checking bus schedules and taxi options to best plan your trips.

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect, only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules and the platform. We will specifically ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a written Contract) and the 500€ deposit fingerprint (you may also choose alternatively a damage waiver, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the deposit. This damage waiver is non-refundable, unlike the deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
