You will appreciate the accommodation for its location, decor, and character.

To make the most of your stay, you will have available:

- A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher.

- A pleasant bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and double sink.

- A living room with exposed beams, a sofa (non-convertible), a fiber-connected TV, a dining area - high table, and mobile air conditioning.

- A beautiful bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200cm) and plenty of storage.

High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment.

To help you start your stay well, we will provide the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dish soap...).

Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor, without an elevator, and although well renovated, it has elements of the old (dust, worn joints, marks on the walls...) that are not cleanliness defects, as the apartment is perfectly cleaned and sanitized between each rental. The air conditioning is mobile and can be noisy. A smell is present in the bathroom.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire accommodation during your stay.

To help you start your stay well, we will provide the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dish soap...).

As the apartment is located in the historic heart of Toulouse, noise disturbances may occur when the windows are open.
The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator.

During this energy crisis, we all need to be responsible in our energy use, and we remind our travelers that the heating temperature is limited in France, by law (art. R241-26 of the Energy Code), to 19°. Consequently, it will not be possible to exceed this temperature in the accommodation.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Travelers every day from 10 AM to 7 PM (we are not reachable between 7 PM and 10 AM, as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Contract) and the security deposit fingerprint exclusively by credit card (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
