Spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom, with 3 beds. Very large with over 700 sq ft of living space. Enjoy a large patio, cozy fireplace, and full kitchen. Rest on a king size bed in the main, a queen pullout bed or a single pullout in the living room. Shared amenities include a beautiful outdoor Hot Tub. Smart streaming TVs and streaming music. Family-friendly amenities. Keyless entry. Located right in Whistler Village, steps from valley bike path and walking distance to the lifts. Free parking
Welcome to our spacious 1 bedroom unit in the heart of Whistler. Originally designed with accessibility in mind, this unit is larger than most 2 bedroom units in the building. Even a larger group will have plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Here's what sets us apart:
1) Expansive Covered Patio: Lounge in style on our spacious patio with comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air.
2) Cozy Gas Fireplace: Our fireplace not only adds charm but also throws comforting warmth, creating a perfect ambiance for those chilly nights.
3) Convenient Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, closets in every room, and a full kitchen equipped with everything you need.
4) Luxurious Sleeping: Rest easy on a king-sized bed in the main bedroom. The queen pullout purchased from Crate and Barrel in 2024 is the most luxurious pull out mattress we could find. We also offer a separate single pullout bed for extra guests.
5) Entertainment Galore: Two Smart TVs and streaming speakers provide endless entertainment options, with access to both cable and streaming services.
6) Ample Storage: Our large bathroom offers abundant storage, ensuring you have plenty of space for your belongings.
7) Tech-Enabled: Keyless door locks and an Alexa with streaming music add a modern touch to your stay.
8) Family-Friendly: Travelling with a little one? We've got you covered with extras tailored for families with babies or toddlers.

Guests have sole access to the entire apartment. You can also use the shared amenities in the building including a covered outdoor hot tub, guest parking and the secure bike room where you can store bikes or skis and snowboards. Our parking spot also has a secure bike storage space that can be used if you bring your own lock.
I’m around via email or message if you have questions. I live in Vancouver, which is about 2 hours away from Whistler Village so I don’t often interact in-person with my guests but I'm usually close to my phone and respond back very quickly.
Village North is such a great central area with shops, food, and the Valley trail just steps away. We’re also walking distance to the bike or ski hill and we have a free shuttle that runs often and takes you right to the lifts.
It's by far the best location in Whistler and we have a perfect 5-star rating for location. Off our patio we can see the mountains and nature of Whistler.
I recommend bringing your bike and use the Valley Trail to get around the area in the summer. We’re located right on the trail and it’s a lovely way to see Whistler. In the winter it’s a lovely area to explore on foot. The location of our unit is right in the village so there is a lot to do.
We also have a free shuttle to the slopes right outside our building so you can easily get there with your gear.
If you bring a vehicle we have free underground parking. If you bring a larger vehicle the parking stall is very long and the posted underground height is 7 feet.
Our family consists of two adults, a six year old and a three year old. In the unit we keep a travel crib and high chair that you’re welcome to use if you’re also travelling with a baby. We’ve also left some of our son's favorite books. Please just let us know if you’d like any of these items made available for your stay.
The building is pet-free but if you’re travelling with a support or service dog, we’re happy to host your furry friend but please do let us know.
The building is MarketPlace Lodge.
Parking is 7 feet high, and our stall is extra-long at 24 feet. If you’re travelling with two vehicles the guest parking in the unit is first come, first serve and available to all guests for a reasonable fee (currently $15 per 24 hours). Many months of the year the Whistler Day Parking is also free of charge and only 300 meters away. This lot also has electric vehicle chargers that we use ourselves.
The building roof is tin. On rainy days the sound of rain on the tin roof in one of the most calming sounds I’ve ever heard.
