Partition walls ensure your personal privacy. Neither side of the partition walls has any points of contact with the other flat. Great attention was paid to quality and perfection when furnishing the flat with a living space of 65 m². Take the lift to the first floor in comfort or take the stairs that lead up from the beautifully designed entrance courtyard. The 36 m² living room offers you a cosy seating area where you can relax on the comfortable sofa after an eventful day. Just behind the sofa is a small dining table for two, which is connected to the kitchenette. This is equipped with a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine. The separate 18 m² bedroom is located to the left of the kitchen and has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which is to the right of the kitchen, has a washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer. The comfortable facilities also include solar-heated water, central heating and air conditioning throughout the flat as well as Internet access via WLAN.
This holiday flat is located on a private estate in the greenest district of Málaga city, outside the city centre, on the former pilgrimage mountain Monte de San Antón and thus in a preferred residential area in the middle of the pine forest. Enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by the fresh scent of pine trees. Here you can recharge your batteries and experience cultural holidays and Andalusia.
A special feature of this holiday home is the microbus, which takes you from the house directly down to the sea on weekdays. The landlords also live upstairs in the penthouse and are open to your wishes and questions. 1.3 kilometres away, you can quickly reach the motorway without traffic lights to visit all the hot spots in Andalusia. Pedregalejo beach as well as nightlife and shopping facilities are just three kilometres away. A restaurant is just 700 metres away. The centre of Malaga, eleven kilometres away, with its harbour and cathedral, is well worth a day trip.
The flat also has many outdoor areas, such as a patio and the 18 m² covered terrace. The flat also has a pretty little garden. This is around 25 m² in size and faces east. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and offers a sea view behind the pine trees.
