🎟️ Resort Access Fee

A **mandatory resort fee of $24 per townhome, per night** is collected by Regal Palms at check-in. This fee is paid directly to the resort and provides access to all resort amenities and the gated community. The 24-hour front desk will assist with check-in and issue your resort access.

🚗 Community Access & Parking

Regal Palms is a **24-hour gated community** with security personnel available to assist guests upon arrival. Your townhome includes parking for **up to two vehicles**. Possible 3 depending on the size

For guests who enjoy outdoor cooking, four community charcoal BBQ grilling stations are available throughout the resort on a first-come, first-served basis—no reservation required.


Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m.

Resort Fees

There is a $24 per night fee due upon arrival that is required by Regal Palms Resort and is non-refundable. This is separate from the $100 incidental deposit.

$100 Incidental Deposit

Regal Palms Resort requires a refundable $100 incidental deposit at check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided all wristbands are returned and no damage occurs to resort amenities. This is separate from Regal Palms' resort fees.

Parking and Vehicle Rules

The driveway accommodates a maximum of 3 mid-sized or smaller vehicles. Please note that 3 large vehicles (such as minivans, SUVs, or trucks) will not fit together. If your vehicles do not fit entirely within the driveway boundaries, they must be moved to the Clubhouse lot for a fee of $10.70 per night.

To fit 3 cars, you must park two side-by-side at the top of the driveway and the third car sideways (perpendicularly) behind them. No part of the vehicle can hang over the curb into the street or touch the grass.

RVs, camper vans, buses, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome. These must be registered at the front desk for a fee of $10.70 per night ($10 + tax) and parked in the Clubhouse parking lot.

The Resort HOA is strict. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard at all times, especially overnight. Failure to display a pass, parking on the grass, or parking in the street will result in fines from the HOA. Vehicles left parked illegally for extended periods are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.

Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with an exterior video doorbell camera located at the main entrance. The camera records video and audio of the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or disconnecting the camera is prohibited.
