The ideal capacity for the apartment is 2 adults and one child. The fold out futon-style chair is best suited for a child or small teenager.

La Cochera features a bedroom with TV area, cafe table, TV, dartboard, Japanese room divider, and large closet. It also features a well-equipped kitchenette and laundry room, and bathroom with overhead and handheld shower. Your space is completely private and closed off to the rest of the house.
