The house is just 1.5km from the village Šišan, 8km from Pula an 4km from the tourist centre Medulin. The house is ideal for an active and sporty holiday in Istria. Swimming, surfing, riding, jogging, cycling, paintballing and other sports are possible in the area. Guests who would like to spend a less active holiday can find peace and quiet here for a relaxing family holiday.

The 100m² well-equipped house has a capacity of up to six people and consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor measures around 50m² and comprises a living room with a flatscreen TV and two comfortable single sofa beds and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and a dining space. The adjoining bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. Two people can sleep in each bedroom. The first has a double bed 180cm wide, the second has two single beds 90cm wide. The house has central air conditioning, wireless Internet access and satellite TV. A toddler travel bed is available. The house is let out all year round.
In the courtyard there is a roofed outdoor kitchen with a grill and terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and two deckchairs. To the left of the entrance area of the site there is a little house where the owner and his wife live and on the right there is a large, covered parking space for three cars. You go through a further gate behind the parking area to your holiday house. The whole courtyard is enclosed, so is suitable for children and dogs. As the two houses are about 30 metres from each other, holiday guests can enjoy absolute privacy, but the owner is also available to assist with any queries.
Please note that the holiday house can only be accessed along a gravel track about 200 metres long.
