This planed log row house apartment was built in 1995 and includes a combined kitchen/living room, two bedrooms each with two beds, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, and an electric sauna. The loft has four beds, but the maximum occupancy of the apartment is six people. The loft is accessed by fairly steep stairs.

There is a covered terrace in the backyard.

In the yard, there is a fixed wood grill shared with other apartments.
