DG06 is a convenient ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bath, remote work friendly, condo with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, split AC in the living room and bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a brand new large 55" flat-screen Roku TV with HD cable channels in the living room, and DVD-only flat screen TV in the bedroom. Sleeping: brand new queen mattress in bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in living room.

Did we mention remote work friendly? 💻 Our condo is outfitted so that you can be productive on the go. We have wi-fi throughout, desk with comfortable desk chair, printer, and more. You can even work right outside on your lanai to enjoy the Kihei weather while you work (talk about jealous co-workers on your next Zoom call!). Our condo is walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops where you can also link up to the wi-fi and enjoy local cuisine and libations while you work.

Ground floor location very good for children. Unit does not have crib and/or other sleeping equipment for babies and kitchen and bathroom cabinets are not baby proof.

We are new owners and we absolutely love Maui!🌴⛳️ We are Kathy and Leo. We have been regularly coming to the Hawaiian Islands and Maui (our favorite island) for over 20+ years. We love to play golf here, explore new restaurants, and work remotely at our condo as often as we can! From the time that we first visited Maui, we discussed the possibility of, someday, owning property on Maui and now we have finally achieved our dream! We are both the owners and operators of our condo and enjoy interacting directly with our guests before, during and after their stay with us on the beautiful island of Maui. 🌺 We are so proud and honored to share and host our property. Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible
Condo uses a Keyless lock system. Every guest will have a unique 4-digit PIN assigned to them. PIN is valid from 3 PM and after on day of arrival and expires at 10am on departure day. Early check-in and check-out may be available only when pre-arranged with Kathy & Leo (owners) in advance, provided there is no guest check in or guest check out that same day.

Non smoking and tobacco free unit and surrounding areas (including Lanai). No cigarettes, pipes, cigars, cannabis (in any form), vaping, e-cigarettes or chewing tobacco. ZERO tolerance or exceptions and serious penalties will be assessed plus forfeiture of Damage Deposit and immediate termination of rental agreement without refund and you will be asked to leave the property. Note: a smoking bench is located on the far left of the upper parking lot.
Minimum age limit for renters: 25
House Rules
House Rules are included with the Short Term Rental agreement.
Payment Policy
Terms of Reservation: 50% of total balance is due at the time of booking (deposit). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations not paid in full within 60 days of arrival are subject to cancellation. Refunds will be made in accordance with the cancellation policy below. Reservations with less than 60 days until arrival are due in full at time of booking. Failure to submit payments on time may result in cancellation of reservation without refund.

-50% deposit is due at time of booking.
-$25 guest registration fee [Kihei Akahi complex imposed fee]
-Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
-All rates subject to Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax/General Excise Tax (14.42%).
-Reduced/Special rates are available for long term reservations (28+days).
-Maximum 2 person occupancy (includes children).
-The primary guest and owner of the reservation must be at least 24+ years of age on the day of check-in.
-Non Smoking Unit - NO exceptions, includes cigars, vaping, e-Cigarettes.

Refundable Damage Deposit
A hold for $350 will be put on your credit card the day before your check-in. The hold will be lifted 5 days after check-out. No actual charges will be put on your card unless some damage is done to our home.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled at least 45 days before arrival date. For cancellations less than 45 days of arrival NO REFUND will be given. All cancellations must be in writing. Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
