Bring a bike, walk, or schedule a ride to countless places just a mile away quickly!

Extremely easy check in and check out procedures make your travels as simple as can be! You’ll receive a custom code that is activated during your stay time, making your check in hassle free and our house more secure than many other rentals that reuse the same code for multiple guests. Forget hunting down a key--there’s a keypad next to the back door, or you can download the app and have the door unlocked before you even leave the car. We have a simple check out procedure as well, so you can be up and out to enjoy your last day in Chattanooga easily!

➽ Bedroom Layout Overview:
We have 3 bedrooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 trundle bedroom (has two twins), and provide a queen air mattress (located in the queen bedroom closet) for the living room. Below is more details about each of these rooms. We can comfortably sleep up to 8 but please note that we only have 3 private bedrooms.

We strive to offer countless amenities so you can enjoy your stay. Whether its complementary coffee, extra fluffy throw blankets, cooking necessities, a grille, swim towels, or a yoga mat, chances are we’ve got you covered.

➽ Master (King) Bedroom:
Enjoy a brand new luxury memory foam king mattress, large double closets, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, a full master bathroom, and blackout curtains.

➽ Queen Bedroom:
Queen mattress with memory foam topper, large walk in closet, chest of drawers, a ceiling fan, a beautiful extra large full length mirror, and blackout curtains. There is also a permanent crib in this room for the little one.

➽ Sun Room/Double Twin Bedroom:
A twin daybed with a pull out twin trundle makes this room beautiful and multi-functional. Surrounding by windows on all sides that look out to our forested backyard and plants galore, you’ll love this room as either a sun room or an extra bedroom. At night, pull the blackout curtains closed to sleep peacefully.

➽ Bathrooms:
After a long day of travels enjoy showering or bathing in one of our two bathrooms, which feature curved shower rods and ample clean linens. Don’t worry--we provide quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own. Because we value safety, each bathtub is also suited with non-slip bath mats.

➽ Living Room:
Enjoy our comfy brand new couch, love seat, and armchair which are accented by plants and art. Sit back and relax while watching our Smart TV, which will stream your favorite movies and shows just like you’re at home. If you have 7 or 8 guests, this room is large enough to put our comfortable extra thick queen air mattress down. Once you pull the blackout curtains closed, you’ll sleep peacefully.

➽ Dining Room:
Remember how wonderful group and family dinners are? Well we have a dining table that seats six to seven just so you can enjoy your company. A chandelier, giant peace lily, and macrame plant hanger help set the mood to relax and enjoy great conversation. If you’re here for work instead of play we have a desk, printer, and other supplies (e.g., pens, stapler) so you can be productive even while you travel located in the dining room.

➽ Kitchen:
A fully stocked kitchen with just about anything you can need is here for you to enjoy! We have table setting for up to 8 guests, all the necessities to cook a home cooked meal, and a full sized fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. In the morning, enjoy your coffee anyway you like it (automatic coffee maker or french press), sip on some tea, and enjoy our complimentary oatmeal.

➽ Utility Room:
Don’t wear those clothes for a fifth time--just throw them in the washer or dryer here! We’ve got detergent, bleach, and an iron so you can get the job done right.

➽ Deck & Yard:
We LOVE the outdoors, so we built a brand new 15’x25’ deck for you to enjoy. Suited with an outdoor table and chair set that seats six, you can sit and enjoy the southeastern nighttime sounds in comfort while you overlook the forest. A brand new propane grille with a view to admire while you cook is also provided (with propane and grille tools provided).
We do have a small side yard, however please note it is NOT fenced in nor terribly grassy for children playing-- free running dogs and kids would appreciate the several parks very close by.

➽ Parking:
We’d rather you play tetris on your phone instead of your cars, so we’ve made ample parking so you don’t have to! You can easily fit five cars in our parking area and driveway, and turnarounds are easy so you can enter the main road safely. We only ask that you don’t block in the neighbors! ***Please note that the parking area for our property does not include the length of the driveway beside the house as it is shared with our neighbors and cannot be blocked. Please see parking map we've added to our photos for a better understanding.

➽ Safety & Legality First!:
We have a house that is fully up to city code with a legal short term vacation rental permit (something that isn’t always common in Chattanooga!). Additionally, we provide fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, plenty of emergency exits, a first aid kit, and child window safety locks--just in case. Did we mention you get your own access code, instead of reusing codes countless other guests have used?

➽ Pet Friendly: If your precious pet is very well behaved and likes to travel with you we welcome in into our home! You'll be charged a $60 pet fee after you book (this fee is nonrefundable even if the trip is canceled). Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and we ask you clean up after it both outside and inside (eg. sweep up fur). Cap of 2 pets please (reach out to us if you have more).

The house is all yours! Enjoy your private 3bd, 2ba home. The only area non-accessible to guests is the closet that leads to the crawlspace and the basement

We've also created a comprehensive guidebook, so you can answer all of your questions without having to make a phone call! If you have any questions though, you're always welcome to call or text us--we live in town and are always ready to help make your stay as wonderful as possible.

You're minutes away from just about anywhere you'd want to go. Publix, Whole Foods, a pharmacy, countless parks, restaurants, bars, and outdoor adventures are all just minutes away! Or, you can exit the driveway and ride the main road for about five minutes to find yourself in the heart of downtown Chattanooga.
Headed to Lookout Mountain? Rock city, ruby falls, and other mountain attractions are only a quick and beautiful 30 minute drive away.

Our house is just a mile from North Chattanooga, so take a walk or grab your bike and head to the riverside! Chattanooga also has affordable public transit via CARTA (our bus system), and ample ubers, lyfts, and taxis.

Please note that at first glance, the intersection the house is on can be a little confusing. Once you are familiar with it however, it is quite simple to navigate. We suggest if you miss the turn into the driveway or need to turn left out of the driveway you continue up the hill (right out of the driveway) and then take the convieant triangle turn around area just above the house to head back down the hill. It is easy to make a left turn into the driveway by swinging wide.

As with any house in the city, there is occasionally some road noise. We have provided ear plugs in the night stands as well as a white noise machine in the master bedroom that can be moved to any room it is needed in. If you are a very light sleeper, you may wish to consider sleeping in the queen bedroom instead of the master. We've slept here plenty of times and never had an issue, but an occasional guest has mentioned some road noise at night.

We allow well behaved pets (2 max) with a pet fee of $60 that will be charged after your booking is confirmed. Please ensure you clean up after them and address any major shedding. You maybe be charged extra for cases of extreme pet fur problems or any other damages to the house. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

If you need the air mattress, it is located in the queen bedroom closet with accompanying sheets.

We provide oatmeal and brown sugar, coffee, and tea that you're welcome to make yourself for breakfast!
