Welcome to NorthShoreBlue! Whether you're booking with friends, family or as a group this home has you covered! Close proximity to Northshore, Tennessee river, Chattanooga Downtown, Coolidge Park, Riverpark, restaurants, Aquarium, also a short drive to Rock City Gardens and more attractions! The home boasts a fully stocked kitchen to cook, natural gas BBQ grill, a propane firepit, warm modern rustic spaces and endless entertainment! Relax and enjoy hand picked books with the electric fireplaces.
Tri-level home (3 stories), upstairs you'll find the master room which leads to the front patio deck and has a beautiful master bathroom. 2 queen rooms with Mountain views, laundry room and full bathroom. On the main space is the dining area, kitchen, living room, guest restroom, closet, deck with dining area/grill. Downstairs you'll be led to the entertainment room. This room features a large projector screen and 4k projector to enjoy movies, shows or bring your console for gaming. Shuffleboard is ready to play, as well as hula hoops, jumbo connect 4 and plenty more board games! Enjoy yoga with yoga mats and blocks, also an adjustable kettle bell for multiple workouts! This floor features the bunk bed room with a bathroom attached that's shared by the entertainment room. Outside you'll find another deck, with its own firepit!

Everything is walkable! Head down to Aretha Frankenstein's for breakfast which is down Thompson St. Amazing restaurants, pubs, shops and entertainment in Northshore. Head down to Coolidge park, TN river, or walk across Memorial bridge or Walnut bridge to downtown! Endless possibilities. Rent bikes all around Northshore and Downtown or drive within a few minutes to many locations nearby.

-No Pets Allowed! This is due to an allergy free home and the nature of the home is not safe for pets. -No smoking indoors! Ashtrays are located under sink if needed for outdoor use only. -Please remove shoes when going on carpet/rugs if possible! -No parties or events! You can still have fun! There are noise monitors if noise remains at or above 85DB (day) 75DB (night) for 10mins or longer and a notification will be sent out letting you know to turn it down a little. It's a quiet neighborhood, we'd like to keep it that way. Movies are still very loud at/under 75DB, so no worries there. -Turn ON when using and OFF when not using natural gas grill (red knob lever). Fire propane pit (slide out propane tank) to turn the knob on and off. -Use timers for electric fireplace at night to avoid it being on the whole night/day if using for long periods of time. -No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Notes

*If booking with infants, toddlers or children, there will be outlet plugs under the sink along with cabinet locks for safety. They will not be installed unless asked prior, due to preferences. There is a barn door latch in place of a safety gate for the bottom stairs. A tall safety gate can be installed prior to your stay for the top stairs! Also please ask for high chair and pack and play crib in advance! Also have toys for infants, toddlers, and more that must be asked for in advance! NO SMOKING INSIDE of any kind. Please do so outside! Ashtrays are provided, located under kitchen sink.
