Hummingbird Hideaway sleeps 15 in a gated mountain community above Fairview, Utah. A king master suite, a queen room, a 9-bed bunkroom and a queen mattress pad for 2 more give families and big groups room to spread out, and the private hot tub on the deck looks out over the valley. Skyline Drive and the Arapeen Trail system are right outside the door. In winter, the last stretch is tracked-vehicle only; see "Other details to note." The Ranger is optional but highly recommended.

The space
A modern 3-bed, 3-bath cabin featuring an open-concept living area with large windows, a spacious kitchen, and vaulted ceilings, blending rustic charm with contemporary design. It includes a master suite with an en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a total of three full bathrooms.

Outdoor living space is a key component, with a large deck connecting the inside to the surrounding nature and stunning views. Relax and unwind in your private hot tub, featuring jets and seating for up to 6-7 guests. With a hot tub, you can enjoy a luxurious soak under the stars any time of year, perfect for chilly evenings or after a day of adventure.

Tucked into a highly desirable, gated mountain community just southeast of Fairview, you are safely isolated in the backcountry yet only 15 minutes from city conveniences.

- Skyline Drive & Arapeen Trail : Explore over 350 miles of interconnected dirt trails and dramatic ridge-lines towering over 10,000 feet.

- Fishing & Hiking: Minutes from pristine high-alpine lakes stocked with rainbow trout and scenic wildflower trailheads.

- Culture: Drive down the canyon to visit the Fairview Museum of History and Art, grab a bite at local diners, or catch a flick at the nearby drive-in theater.

Guest access
Guests will have access to Skyline Mountain Resort (Seasonal) where they can enjoy a salt water pool with waterslide, tennis courts and a 9-hole USGA-rated Golf Course (Golf Fees Not Included).

Getting here: Please use the directions in the Arrival guide instead of GPS.

Winter access (generally December through April, depending on weather and road conditions): the road to the cabin is limited to tracked vehicles. Park at the community winter lot. The Polaris Ranger is optional but highly recommended if you don't bring your own tracked vehicle. Ranger use is limited to the cabin and the community parking lot. Message me before booking a winter stay and I'll share the details.

Also good to know: pets are welcome (pet fee applies), and the cabin has a washer and dryer, AC, a kayak, a hammock, life-size yard games and sleds for winter.
