About the lake & seasons
• Summer (Jun–Oct weather permitted): seasonal water activities dock, canoes/kayaks, jump off the dock (6ft), clean swimmable lake, shallow entry

• Winter central location for Ice skating, snowmobile trails, ice fishing, Nordic skiing and hot-tub soaks after snowy adventures.

- Dock and seasonal amenities are available June to early October. Canoe, Kayaks can be accessed other times by request as the water is very cold off season.

We’re in a quiet rural lakefront community with full-time homes — perfect for a peaceful getaway. Please respect neighbours with quiet hours (10 PM–8 AM), guest limits (max 12), and local fire safety bylaws.

Water & Septic:
Our home runs on well water and a septic system. Tap water is tested annually and safe to use. As a convience, one (1) 15 L jug of bottled drinking water is provided; please bring extra if preferred. To help preserve water pressure, stagger showers, avoid simultaneous use of taps/appliances, and limit laundry/dish loads.

Garbage:
Please sort & dispose of your garbage and recycling in the two large garbage bins provided outside by the entrance. Be sure to clean up any outside garbage as well. Thank you.

Other Notes:
Ample parking for vehicles/trailers/ATVs. Waterfront, dock, kayaks, canoes, lifejackets, and hot tub use at your own risk.
All supplies provided are starter sets; you may need to top up if more is needed.

Check-out is 11 AM so our team can prepare for the next guests. If scheduling allows, late checkout or early arrival may be available for a small fee. Any additional fees (pets, extended stay, extra garbage, extra cleaning, damage, missing items, bylaw complaints/fines) are set directly by our service providers and reflect actual costs to maintain the home’s quality and readiness.
