* We are in an area with fulltime homes, the happiest guests are coming for a relaxing escape.

* Seasonal dock available. Water can be easily accessed with shallow entry year round

* Please be mindful of noise levels, fire rating, maximum of 4 registered guests and fire safety to adhere with local by-laws and our house rules. There is a QR code link in the house with emergency info, fire exits, safety and more.
The town may issue fines for any violations, so we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive relationship with the community as a licenced STR with Huntsville
