Most guests can't wait and sip their newly purchased bourbon or concoct a fancy cocktail using our bartender tools in the industrial speakeasy basement. Play vintage records and bank core memories while playing board games, darts, card games, poker or Pac man in the basement. Enjoy soaking up the sun on the rocking chairs and outdoor furniture on the balcony where you can get a glimpse of the sunrise everyday. We love to make you feel at home, so you'll find a selection of beverages waiting for you in the fridge downstairs – a little treat for our valued guests!

* Check-in instructions will only be released once the waiver is signed.
* The standard pet fee covers one dog. If you would like to bring more than one, please reach out to us in advance for approval. Additional pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to an additional fee.
* Undisclosed pets will incur an additional fee.
* For the safety of our home and our guests, we have exterior security cameras in place. These help us monitor the property’s security and verify occupancy, including the number of guests and any pets on site.

* Early check-in: 2:00 PM ($50, if available)
* Late check-out: 1:00 PM ($50, if available)
* Availability is confirmed by 4:00 PM the day before arrival

* The hot tub is accessed by going outside and down a short set of stairs into the backyard.

* The home has central air but if you need additional cooling upstairs, there is a portable AC unit and ceiling fan in each bedroom.

* The 2 fireplaces are purely decorative.

* The yard is not fully fenced.

* Food & grocery delivery is welcome during your stay.
* Packages and mail cannot be sent to the property before, during, or after your stay.
* We are unable to guarantee forwarding or return of any deliveries.

* The property is child-friendly but not childproofed. Guests are fully responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety during the stay. Use of any child-related items is at the guest’s own risk.

* Service & emotional support animals must be disclosed within 24 hours of booking.
Pet Fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals in which the animals are never left behind without the owner. Evidence that the animals were left behind will result in a pet fee of $150 being charged.

All areas of the 2500 sq ft house are available for guests to use except for a supply closet upstairs, a supply closet in the basement and the areas near the hot tub that are curtained off.

Whether it’s enjoying a morning coffee on the deck, exploring downtown’s rich history, or winding down in the evening in the hot tub or around the fire pit table, this neighborhood provides the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Situated near historic downtown Frankfort along the Bourbon Trail, our home is a 10‑15 minute stroll to the Capitol and charming Main Street shops and restaurants. Easily enjoy riverfront walks, brewery tours, bourbon tastings and boutique shopping.

A car isn’t necessary for downtown, but free street parking right in front of the home make exploring the numerous distilleries, as well as Lexington (30 min) and Louisville (45 min), easy.
