Welcome to the perfect beach vacation getaway! You'll LOVE this quiet secluded home, that is also only a bike ride or walk via the bike path to get to ANY destination in mins! Find yourself surrounded by great food and drinks overlooking Lake Rudee where you can enjoy Paddle boarding, dolphin watching, fishing and so many other cruise tours. Just a few more blocks away, you'll stumble upon the Boardwalk, Oceanfront and all the shopping and best local dining for all of your vacay needs!

If you choose to bring your pets with you during your stay, guest(s) are required to confirm their pet(s) are potty trained and responsible for cleaning up their "business" left in the back yard prior to check out time. If bringing more than 1 pet, there will be an additional charge of $50 per pet. And there will be an additional charge of $100 per guest, for any above 6. Please inform host of any visitors. Refundable Damage Deposit

Full deposit returned within 3 days of departure in the condition that everything is in the same condition as when the guests arrived.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 30 days of your booking date will be refunded.
