Fred & Sissy’s Cottage is a thoughtfully updated older home with lots of charm and character. While we’ve added modern comforts throughout, you may still notice a few quirks that come with staying in a historic cottage — that’s part of what makes it special.

A few helpful things to know before your stay:
Parking: On Wednesday and Thursday evenings, the church across the street may have dance classes, so street parking can occasionally be a little tighter than usual. If needed, guests are welcome to use the designated parking spot in front of the garage.
Accessibility: There are a few steps leading into the home, so it may not be the best fit for guests with significant mobility limitations.
Starter supplies provided: We include a starter set of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, towels, linens, and basic toiletries to help you get settled in comfortably.
Trash: Please place trash and recyclables in the designated bins located inside the garage.
Quiet neighborhood: This is a peaceful residential area, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during late evening and early morning hours.
