🏛️ HISTORIC CHARM: The 1827 House is on the historical register and famously served as the village general store and Post Office! It has been beautifully renovated with modern amenities while keeping its historic soul.

🔽 FIRST FLOOR Layout:

• LIVING SPACE: Features a massive open Great Room with a large sectional sofa, Frame TV, electric fireplace, and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen.

• PREMIUM COFFEE BAR: Enjoy a fantastic coffee, latte, cappuccino, americano, or espresso to start your morning!

• BEDROOMS: One large King bedroom and a cozy second bedroom with a Full-size bed. (A single roll-away bed and pack-and-play are also available).

• BATHROOMS: A convenient half-bath (toilet room) and a separate luxury shower room with radiant heated floors.

• LIVING SPACE: Features a second full kitchen, laundry closet, dining area, and a living room with an enchanting gas log fireplace.

• BEDROOMS: A romantic Victorian Queen bedroom with lovely views.

• 📐 NOTE ON BEDROOM 4: There is a side bedroom with a twin-size bed directly off the Victorian Queen room. This space is accessed via the main bedroom.

🪜 THIRD FLOOR LOFT (BEDROOM 5):

• THE SUITE: An expansive upper suite featuring two queen beds, a full-size futon, its own bathroom with a shower, and a comfortable sitting area with panoramic views of the estate grounds and Mount Snow.

• ⚠️ NOTE ON THE LOFT: This third-floor space is accessed via a spiral staircase. Please review the floor plan photos!

You have exclusive, private access to the entire 1827 House via a unique PIN access code for the keyless entry locks.

The house is located directly on RT100 with easy, level access and dedicated parking right outside. Our parking lot conveniently connects right with the West Dover Inn and the 1846 Tavern lot.

Leave your car behind! You are in a prime, highly walkable spot in the heart of the village. Step onto the sidewalks to easily walk to:

🌲 EXPLORING THE VALLEY:
If you want to venture further out, you are just a 5-minute drive to the main Mt. Snow resort area, 10 minutes to Haystack Golf Course, 6 miles to downtown Wilmington, and 20 minutes to Stratton.

This is an old building with a ton of character and history! Most floors are not level and rooms might not be square. The house has been beautifully renovated with modern amenities to provide a warm, inviting, and memorable stay.

GOOD TO KNOW:

🔊 ROAD & EVENT NOISE: We are directly on RT100, so please expect some road noise. Music from weddings across the street or local music festivals can sometimes be heard, though the town gets very quiet after 10 PM.

🗝️ VT ADVENTURE CHALLENGE: Our house is part of the challenge! You will see an old safe out by the garage where adventurers may be exploring.

💻 MODERN COMFORTS: High-speed fiber internet is available throughout via a nested system (includes a monitor to connect your laptop for workcations).

🛡️ SECURITY: A security camera floodlight is present at the rear entrance/garage area facing the parking lot.We strive to make this a unique stay that creates lifelong memories.
