3-side detached house perched on a hill. Unique house for the landscape but views are worth it. Attached garage and driveway adds convenience. No outdoors spaces. The sunroom with bench is an entirely enclosed indoors space. No access to backyard due to it is not flat and takes many steps to get down to. We think you may find Fort Funston a good outdoors spot.

Easy access to freeways and walking distance to Bart Station.

Your space includes private entrance, spacious 2b1b (sofa bed in living room), and your own attached garage with laundry and the driveway in front of it. Below you is storage space.

1-car garage and its driveway for you to use, both are on the small side. Guest with a smaller car can usually fit their car on either garage or driveway. Guest with a larger car usually park on the driveway. If you have 2 cars and can fit one in garage and one in driveway, that is ok. However, if your cars are larger, please make arrangement for other parking options.

Street parking is very limited in this neighborhood and requires permits issue only to local residents.

No stairs inside the unit, 1 step up from street level to unit. 1 step down from unit to garage.

Baby crib (sheet provided) and baby seat available.

Steam shower may cause burns. Children must be supervised by an adult.

We will always be available by phone or email. We provide plentiful basic essentials (coffee, toiletry, and more). If you are out of something, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will make a delivery as soon as possible.

It can be cold and misty; folks from all over to experience these mystic views especially with the home setup. Sit inside the warmth and comfort to watch sunset, city lights, a unique lake view, train coming and going, and when the sky is clear, you can as all the way out the ocean, sometimes, ships and boats. Shopping is within an easy drive.

The building sits in Top of the Hill Daly City with amazing views but is not walking friendly. Walkable to Daly City Bart Station though you might not like the up and down hill hike. Short Bart Ride to downtown San Francisco. Easy Access to Freeway 280 and SFO Airport.

Close to train and at times windy, not suitable for extreme light sleepers. Most guests have enjoyed the home though.
