The apartment is right in the center of the city, yet you will be amazed at how peaceful and tranquil the apartment and the interior gardens are.

The apartment complex was built in 1995, they saved the Victorian facades of all the old buildings on the river quays and built modern apartments behind.

This apartment is also our home when we are in Dublin, it is decorated and furnished to a five star standard, you will love staying here as much as we do.
As the apartment is on the ground floor you have direct access to the gorgeous gardens. Enjoy your morning coffee in the tranquil gardens.
The apartment is on the garden side of the building so it has no traffic or city noise.

Walking distance to everything, apartment is right beside Dublin's Iconic landmark, The Ha'Penny Bridge, Temple Bar is just across the river, 5 minutes to Trinity College.
Supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment.
Bus stops and the Luas (Trams) are all right outside the apartment.
Coming from the airport, the bus stop is two blocks away, Returning to the airport, the bus stop is directly outside the apartment complex.

Parking: Sorry no parking available. You really do not need a car in the city center, if you do have a car the closest parking garage is in the Jervis Shopping center, 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Two bedrooms: Queen bed in master bedroom and two Bunk beds in the second bedroom.
Bunk beds, I AM 6.1 ft (185m) Tall and I have slept in the bunk beds and they are very comfortable.

Bathroom has power shower.

Super fast internet and WiFi. Smart TV with lots of channels.
Fully Equipped kitchen, with Stove/Cooker/Oven, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Kettle, Pots & Pans, Full size Fridge/Freezer.
