New pool & spa.
Modern clean home on cul-de-sac street and a direct route to the bridge/channel and beaches.
Treat yourself with a great stay at a top notch home away from home.
Open split floorplan with master and guest bedrooms on opposite sides. Plenty of seating for friends and family to gather around the dining table, bar or outside.
Spacious bedrooms with flat screen TV's to retreat to in the evening.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes etc. and large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Relax and enjoy the views from the brand new pool and up the rays on the big baja sun shelf, nap on the pool loungers, get a game going on the outside grass area. BBQ and grill and full size covered patio with lighting, bluetooth speaker to connect to and ceiling fans will help to keep you cool during the summer days and nights.
Plenty of parking for almost any length boat.

Spa /pool heat is an extra charge. It is propane heated and can be controlled remotely.
Tampering with pool equipment or heating without authorization will result in a minimum $250 charge.
