Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in the country. This recreational community spans over 26,000 acres and offers 9 champion golf courses, 11 lakes, 2 beaches, 2 marinas, 26 miles of wooded trails, tennis/basketball/pickle ball courts, playground areas, mini golf, fitness center with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kayak and boat rentals (additional fee) and restaurants. Hot Springs Village is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Welcome to our Happy Trails Townhome!! :)

Unwind and relax in our cozy 2 bedroom townhome that comfortably sleeps 6 with queen beds in each bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is also one fully remodeled bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs.

The townhome is fully stocked and professionally cleaned after each guest. There are 3 smart Roku televisions. Please note that we only provide HBO Max.

Additionally, the condo is within walking distance to lake Desoto and the community pool.

Guest Starter Supplies:

We understand how tiring traveling can be. So, we provide some helpful supplies so you do not need to go to the store the moment you arrive. These guest starter supplies include the following: ALL Travel size items: shampoo, conditioner and lotion in each shower bath. 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 laundry detergent single-use packs, 2 dishwasher detergent single-use packs, a fresh dish sponge, 2 4-cup coffee bags, 2 kitchen trash bags, and soap for each sink. These starter supplies are intended to get you started so you don't have to immediately go to the store, however you may want to pack some extras from home and also bring kitchen items such as spices, ziploc bags, tin foil, etc as those aren't provided.

There is a security camera in place for your protection outside the entrance door. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera.

Our guest must initially enter the village through the west gate and check in with the security guard.

We do not control issues and closures due to the maintenance of pools and hot tubs. Please note, there is a fee to access the pools. Please bring your own pool towels.

It’s not unusual for native bugs/critters to get into the townhome. The townhome is thoroughly cleaned to minimize the presence of pests and monthly pest control services are performed. Please be courteous and close the door behind you to prevent unwanted critters indoors. Please be understanding of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature.
