Welcome to Happy in the Keys at Calusa Campground & Marina! Enjoy the laid-back Key Largo lifestyle in our modern tiny home, located in a gated community with marina and boat ramp access. Minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, enjoy snorkeling, diving, kayaking, and beautiful sunsets.

THE SPACE
Self-check-in and everything you need for a comfortable stay:
• Master bedroom: queen bed and Smart TV
• Double loft (3.5 ft ceiling high): queen and XL twin mattresses
• Living room: fold-out sofa that sleeps 2 and Smart TV
• Full bathroom
• Fully equipped, full-size kitchen
• Three A/C systems
• Towels and linens provided

OUTDOOR LIVING
• Covered patio with dining table and six chairs
• Flat-top griddle
• Outdoor shower with hot and cold water
• Outdoor counter, sink, and two-burner stove
• Ice maker
• Parking for a dual jet ski trailer or boat up to 23 ft; no docking

LOCATION
Located at Mile Marker 101.5, Bayside, approximately 50 miles south of Miami, a quarter mile off U.S. 1, and about a 7-minute drive from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

CAMPGROUND ACCESS
All vehicles and visitors must register at the office. One vehicle is included. Additional vehicles require campground approval and cost $10 each. A refundable $250 security deposit is required for damage to community or campground facilities.

WATERCRAFT
Vessels up to 23 ft are welcome. Calusa charges a $25 impact fee per vessel/trailer, payable directly at check-in. Vessels must be removed from the water daily and parked on our lot. Guest docking is unavailable; marina slips are for residents only.

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
For federal holiday weekends, vessels must be registered and physically inside Calusa by the preceding Wednesday. For Lobster Mini-Season, vessels must be registered and physically inside Calusa by the preceding Tuesday.
