Located in a secure, elevator-equipped building, this spacious two-bedroom, two-bath vacation home offers breathtaking water views from every room and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy island living.

The open living area features comfortable leather seating, a large Smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading to a screened/glassed lanai overlooking the Gulf. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite bath, lanai access, and beautiful Gulf views. The guest bedroom overlooks the Bay and offers two full-size beds. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and Smart TVs are provided in the living room and both bedrooms. Free washers and coin-operated dryers are conveniently located directly across the hall.

Fisherman's Haven is a gated waterfront community with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Little Sarasota Bay on the other. Guests enjoy:

Rental Policy: A one-month minimum stay is required. Reservations must generally begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month unless approved by management prior to booking.

Parking: One assigned parking space and parking pass are provided with each reservation. Some spaces are covered and others are uncovered. Limited guest parking is available by advance request but cannot be guaranteed.
