Green Marea
size of property: 400m². no youth groups.This cosy house (semi-detached house) is located in Vabriga, 7 km from Porec and 1500m from the sea. The house was built in 2000 and tastefully furnished with modern furniture. It is located on its own 300 m2 plot and offers its guests a beautiful covered terrace with seating, barbecue, well-kept garden with flowers and olive trees for private use, as well as a covered car park in the yard. The whole property is fenced and dogs are welcome.
Holiday home for 4 people with 90m2 of living space. It is on 2 floors and consists of a living room with access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the covered terrace with seating, barbecue and sun loungers, as well as a separate toilet. On the upper floor is the modern bedroom with double bed and exit to the covered balcony with seating set, bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway.
Air conditioning and WiFi are available and included in the price.
NOTE: Guests have free entry to the Lanterna holiday resort during their stay. The twin resort of Tar-Vabriga has so far been spared from mass tourism, but still offers an excellent infrastructure with bars, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Just 2.5 kilometres away is the peninsula of Lanterna with its many beautiful beaches. Tar-Vabriga is also an excellent starting point for exploring Istria. The coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The Istrian hinterland with the artists' town of Groznjan or the historic mountain village of Motovun can also be reached quickly.
