The interiors of our flat are characterised by high-quality, contemporary furnishings. Equipped with two WCs, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and cable TV, it promises a comfortable stay. The high ceilings and large windows create an inviting, light-flooded atmosphere, while the living room with a fan and window blinds provides cooling and shade on hot days. The open gallery, which serves as a bedroom, offers a separate toilet and washbasin as well as air conditioning with water cooling, which requires careful use.
The outdoor area of the building leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodation is part of a spacious park with a swimming pool for shared use, embedded in the historic and impressive Art Deco style of the 19th century. Here you can relax in peace, enjoy the sun or take a refreshing dip in the pool, surrounded by the picturesque landscape of an old pine forest.
