WHO IT'S FOR
Family reunions, multi-generation trips, corporate retreats and offsites, film and TV crews, sports teams, wedding parties and relocations — any group that wants everyone under one roof but with three separate apartments to spread out in. Each apartment has its own keypad entrance, kitchen and living room, so grandparents, families with small kids and the late-night crowd can each have their own floor. Stays of 28+ nights are welcome. Booking for more than 16 guests? Send us a message before you book so we can set the reservation up correctly.

WHERE YOU'LL BE
A quiet residential block of two- and three-family homes in Bayonne, NJ 07002 (Hudson County) — a small, family-oriented city on the peninsula between Jersey City and Staten Island, directly across the harbor from Manhattan. Broadway, Bayonne's main street, is a block away: restaurants (Italian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, Filipino, classic diners), cafés, bakeries and delis, with supermarkets and pharmacies along the same street. Bayonne's reported violent-crime and property-crime rates are below the U.S. national averages, and it has a reputation as one of the quieter, more family-oriented cities in Hudson County. Your door code is unique to your stay, and the building's main door locks itself behind you.
