We welcome well-behaved dogs, but must have prior approval of the host (breed and age) and a fee of $125 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs before booking. Guest must also agree to and sign house rules for dogs.
Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost. Please inquire about current rate. This is recommended October through May. The large pool can be heated to 85 degrees prior to your arrival with advanced notice. Spa heating (24/7) is already included in your reservation at no extra charge.
A short-term rental agreement and an additional written contract, required by the City of Palm Springs, will be sent to you shortly after booking with Airbnb. Palm Springs City Vacation Rental Ordinance states that the minimum age of a rental is 25. You will be asked to supply a scanned image of your ID prior to approving reservation, a guest roster for each reservation, car license plates, and that each guest signs a statement of the rules and regulations via DocuSign prior to arrival (5 days before check-in) otherwise listing will be cancelled.
If any rules in the rental agreement or ordinance are broken (i.e., maximum occupancy, noise ordinance, hosting party, pets that are not approved by host, etc.), it will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and guest agrees to pay the host $350.
Driveway parking and/or free overnight street parking in front (3 cars maximum).
No access or parking of cars in the garage.
PLEASE NOTE: Amplified outdoor music (iPhone, Bluetooth devices) is not allowed in the City of Palm Springs. Enforcement is very strict in the city of Palm Springs with a minimum fine of $500. Please be aware of this law before booking.
There are security cameras that are turned on, only on the exterior of the property (front door, driveway, side gate, side yard, backyard), and none inside the house. They are used for security when the home is vacant and are not viewed after check-in unless there is a complaint from the neighbors or city.
