GCW / Skywalk / Lake Mead / Colorado river home - Meadview

IMPORTANT: We are about 200 miles from the Grand Canyon Village and South Rim.

Enjoy this super-clean 3 BR/2 BA home with an open floor plan. I am primarily looking for bookings of at least 30 days, but may make exceptions for shorter stays. Please inquire for pricing.

King, Cal king, and queen beds, a twin mattress, a Pack'n Play, an ottoman sleeper bed, and the sectional in the living room is very lightweight and can easily be moved apart for extra sleeping space for large groups.

In the living room is a 42" TV (HDMI, etc., with Phoenix channels) and a DVD player, and the master bedroom has an Android-ready TV with a DVD player.

The kitchen features mostly organic condiments, coffee beans, a grinder, a microwave, toaster, and a blender.

We provide beach towels, blankets, folding chairs, and a cooler for outings to the lake and river.

BBQ while enjoying spectacular sunsets with views of the Grand Wash Cliffs!

This is the high desert with hot days, cold nights, and often high winds. While monsoon storms create fantastic sunsets, they also bring flash floods, and in winter, we get snow every few years, and it can freeze at night. Please bring clothing for any weather.

WATCH for rattlesnakes, scorpions, and other desert critters.

*** The closest supermarket is in Kingman -- 60 miles away. Meadview has a Family Dollar store with frozen and canned food, a couple of small markets with some produce, and the Gas N Grub sells beer and wine.
