Each of the three spacious bedrooms is air-conditioned and has an en suite bathroom. The master suite in the north wing includes a separate seating area were you can relax in private for a little me-time.

As you enter the property the large reception/lounge leads to all areas of the villa; the large well outfitted kitchen; the bedrooms to the north and south of the property; the TV room, which provides an extra area to sit and relax; and to the large patio through french doors along the rear wall of the room. The patio runs along the length of the villa with a small private section from the master bedroom and a wrap-around section by the pool.

The patio offers stunning views of the large landscaped grounds and across the Sandy Lane Golf Course out to the ocean beyond. There are breezy, shaded spots to relax at mid-day and a large sun deck for those who want to catch a few rays.
