Discover your slice of paradise in this fully renovated 1 BR/1BA corner unit on the 1st floor at Plantation Hale Suites. Just a leisurely stroll from the beach, where you can savor incredible sunrises, and steps away from the Coconut Marketplace, this quiet and comfortable condo is your gateway to the Hawaiian charm of Kapa'a, Kauai. Centrally located on the Coconut Coast, it provides easy access to both the north and south shores, offering endless adventures on the Garden Isle.

The space
Unwind in a well-appointed and freshly designed space that exudes comfort and relaxation. The bedroom boasts a new king bed with a delightful 15" foam mattress and a solid wood frame, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The private double-wide lanai beckons from both the bedroom and the living room sliding doors, providing a tranquil setting for your morning breakfast or an afternoon happy hour. With a full kitchen at your disposal you have the option to cook (or not)! This condo is perfect for a quick weekend getaway or an extended escape.

Guest access
The whole condo will be your private oasis and for your own personal use. You'll be able to access all the common elements of Plantation Hale Suites as a guest in our condo. Take a dip or soak up the sun at one of the three pools, and indulge in the relaxation of one of the two hot tubs in the evening. You are welcome to grill your meal and picnic outside.

If you prefer to dine out or shop, head next door to the Coconut Marketplace, brimming with shops and restaurants.

*Supplies* Beach chairs, umbrella, towels are all provided. There is cornhole for outside games on the lawn, and board games to play inside on rainy days.

*TV* There is a smart TV in both the bedroom and the living room -- you are welcome to login with your streaming account (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc) -- and premium cable is included.

*Laundry* Available in each building. Building D laundry is at the far end from your unit, next to D5. A machine card has been provided for your use in the the welcome basket -- just add funds at the digital kiosk in the Lobby area near Building A. Or you can download the WashConnect App (if you have a US cell phone + credit card).

*Water* We have a Brita inside the unit for your use. If you'd prefer reverse osmosis filtered water, stroll up to the Lobby area near Building A and there is a free water machine for guest use.

*Coffee* There are 3 ways to make your favorite beverage: 1) Keurig machine can make coffee, espresso, tea or hot cocoa; 2) French Press or 3) Bialetti Moka Pot.

*Parking* There is a lot adjacent to the condo building with one spot allocated for each unit -- park anywhere you'd like. Look for the lot labeled "Buildings C-D-E-F", that one will be closest. Handicap parking is available. Parking permit is in basket on counter of unit upon your arrival. Please have displayed in vehicle for the duration of your trip and please return upon departure.

*Location* The property is situated on the East side of the island, conveniently located 15 mins north of the Lihue Airport along the cutely coined Coconut Coast. It is a 45 minute drive north to Hanalei or 1 hour to Ha'ena State Park (to hike the Napali coast). Alternatively it is a 45 minute drive south to Poipu, or 1 hour and 30 mins to either Waimea Canyon Lookout or Polihale State Park.

Drive north from the LIH Airport on HI-56, enter the property at the Coconut Marketplace and veer left at the traffic circle for Plantation Hale.

You can park in either the lot labeled "Buildings C-D-E-F", this will be the closest option. Parking spots are not assigned. Handicap parking is available.

Enter at Building D, look for Unit 8, 1st floor on the right side. Inside the condo on the kitchen counter you will find a dedicated parking permit. Please hang this tag on the rear view mirror of your car. [Make sure to leave this tag inside the unit upon your departure]
