In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house. Public parking 50 m. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 50 m. Please note: car recommended.2-room apartment 35 m2 on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: 1 double bedroom. Living/dining room with TV. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, freezer) with dining table. Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Oil heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Small balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).
