Find Your Sunshine at Casa del Sol

Bring the whole family to this beautiful space with lots of room for fun. We had families in mind when we designed Casa del Sol. Our cozy sunroom is perfect for relaxing and watching the kids play in the pool, unless, of course, you jump in with them! Our comfy living room is perfect for movie night after a long day of play.

We are conveniently located close to hiking trails, beaches, fishing, boating, kayaking, amusement parks, state parks, shops...something for everyone. Come stay with us!!
This home is perfectly balanced with a split floor plan.

Master en suite on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms and bath on the other. They are separated by the great room. Laundry is just off the kitchen. There also is a cozy reading/coffee nook.

The driveway is narrow, but 3 cars can easily park in single file.

Casa del Sol is all on one floor, so those in wheelchairs are able to maneuver.. The bathrooms are not specifically desigined for those with mobility needs.

We live in New England and have family ties to the Spring Hill area.
My husband and I are retired and enjoy coming down a few times a year to visit family and friends.
Its layout and interior design were also with our two granddaughters in mind. We wanted to have a place for them to enjoy as much as we do.
