There are eight bedrooms and also a sofa bed and a baby cot. All bedrooms have a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. Six modern bathrooms assure a comfortable start into the day. The house is fully air conditioned and offers free internet connection.

The sea is 150 metres away and it is just a few hundred metres to the nature reserve. Cape Kamenjak is the southernmost tip of the peninsula. It provides 30km of wonderful beach, ideal for nature lovers. The town centre with restaurants and shops is 300 metres away. It is 15km to the airport. Due to its location the house is not far from the sea, the town center, restaurants and bars. Possible activities include kayaking, boat tours, surfing, kite surfing, jet ski, paragliding, playing tennis or cycling. Several
mounain bike single tracks just in front of the door.
