From the moment you step into Feels Like Magic, you'll feel at home.

As you wander into the Villa, you'll be greeted by a bright & airy open floor plan, featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen with large granite counters and a massive breakfast bar to showcase your meals. The kitchen is part of a vast open floor plan that includes an expansive living room with a large elegant wrap-around sectional facing a wall-mounted 75" QLED TV and a large dining table that seats10. Altogether, the ample open space is perfect for making happy memories when gathering with family and friends.

Picture blending your favorite vacation cocktails in the kitchen while the family sits by the 5-person breakfast bar and relaxes in the living room. While, at the same time, enjoying the full view of the pool, where the large glass doors give a seamless transition between the indoors and outdoors.

FUN IN THE SUN

There is nothing more fun for the little ones than jumping into their own private saltwater pool. Now, that says vacation!.

As the kids enjoy a refreshing dip, fancy a relaxing soak in the spillover spa. Or, kick off your sandals and soak up the Florida sunshine on one of the 6 woven chaise lounges.

The outdoor dining area is perfect for a foodie gathering. Fire up the propane grill and show off your culinary creations. The poolside outdoor dining area is the perfect setting for the family to enjoy meals alfresco under the breezy outdoor ceiling fans. The outdoor curtains can be opened to create a shady spot while enjoying your meal in the comfort of the lanai.

Enjoy this fabulous lanai after spending long days at the theme parks or playing golf. In the evenings, sit back and relax with a great summer drink on the outdoor sectional sofa with plenty of seating while watching the warm Florida sunsets.

FUN TIMES IN THE GAME ROOM

Enjoy hours of fun in the new air conditioned game room. With a professional 8 foot pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard and foosball table there is no shortage of games to challenge each other with.

SLEEP LIKE A DREAM

You'll have your pick of your own private sanctuary. The bedrooms stretch across both floors, providing a private retreat for everyone in the family. Each has very comfortable mattresses, LED 43" Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and warm furnishings.

On the first floor, you'll have your choice of 2 En-Suites, offering stair-free access - perfect for grandparents or guests with mobility challenges. The primary ensuite boasts its own private access to the lanai and pool area.

On the second floor, you'll find six bedrooms. Four bedrooms have king 14" mattresses (UK super King). The remaining two bedrooms, the Sports and the Star bedrooms can each sleep up to 4, with a twin-over-full bunk bed & twin trundle.

Each of the bunk bedrooms shares a connecting Jack n Jill En-suite with a king bedroom. There's also a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination on the second floor next to the movie theater.

AIRY LOFT

At the top of the staircase, the loft area leads you to the second living room, where you can have a cozy reprieve from the active first-floor spaces. Sit back on the comfortable leather sectional, read a book, or catch up on your favorite shows on the 55" TV.

BABY GEAR

Tiny guests will feel at home here too. There are 2 portable cribs, a baby gate, 2 pack n' plays, 2 high chairs, and more—removing the stress of lugging around all that baby gear in the airport.

As our guests, you'll have access to all the Champions Gate resort amenities.

The Villa is conveniently located within walking distance from the Oasis Clubhouse.

The Oasis Clubhouse features a lazy river, resort-style pool, tiki bar, splash pool, arcade, fitness center, spa, sand volleyball, and air-conditioned poolside cabanas with full service and more!

TENNIS & GOLF

The resort also offers tennis courts, and an 18 hole golf course (additional fee). Golfers in your group have the option of playing in the world-class Champions Gate Golf Course approximately 10 minutes away. You'll have at least 20 golf courses around the area to choose from Reunion, Davenport, Kissimmee, and Celebration.
