First floor contains a beautiful rock floor entryway which leads to the family room, a cozy area to gather with your friends/family. The kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 queen) and one bathroom with walk-in shower/laundry area are easily accessible. No steps to enter the home!

Second floor has a large bedroom with a queen bed. A bathroom with tiled shower is located on the second floor between the loft and the 3rd bedroom.

Large deck on the front of home with 2 tables with umbrellas and chairs for 8 people. Perfect for relaxing or barbecuing on the gas barbecue. (Weather permitting).

Size of home is 1720 square feet. The area above the garage that is not part of the rental and never occupied when rented, is not included in the 1720 square feet.

Public snowplow services to neighborhood streets and private driveway snowplow services provided during winter months. Two cars permitted in driveway and two cars are permitted in the garage. No parking is allowed off pavement. Must have transportation for this area.
