- To ensure a smooth check-in and meet HOA requirements, we kindly ask that all guests sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is a mandatory step with no exceptions - check-in instructions can only be provided once the agreement is completed.
If not submitted on time, the reservation may be at risk of cancellation.

- Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles on the driveway.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

- The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.

- Kindly note: the house offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- A minimum stay of 7 days is required for all bookings. We look forward to hosting you for a relaxing and extended getaway!
