*Bathrooms – one ensuite, with standing shower. One shared bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.
*Living Room – Seating for five, and Smart TV with Roku stick and access to Hulu provided.
*Kitchen – Fully equipped with dishware, utensils, pots/pans, cutlery, baking tools, and the following small appliances: ground coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, air fryer, and iron.
*Large appliances include French door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
*Outdoor area with comfortable seating, large cantilever umbrella, propane grill, and ample games to keep the family active and entertained.
*Four beach chairs and an umbrella provided for guest use during the stay.
*Parking available for up to four vehicles, secured behind a motorized gate controlled by the guest.

Pet Policy

*Up to three pets (dogs/cats) allowed - no size or breed restrictions. For other
species, please inquire with the host.
*$100 pet fee used exclusively to cover additional cleaning costs associated with fur,
etc.
*Pet amenities include: doggy door to fenced back yard (6 ft fence), crate and dog
bed, two dog bowls to use during the stay, waste bags, goody bag with new toys.
*No pets with a bite history or determined to be “dangerous” by any municipality. This
applies to specific pets with documented incidents, not to breeds in general.

**Rules and Restrictions**

*Absolutely NO smoking (of any kind) anywhere on the property, inside or outside the
home. This home is not suitable for smokers.
*Occupancy limit of 5 (please note the home only has 2 adult beds)
*Strict prohibition of parties or large gatherings.
*Limit of 4 additional visitors, and visitors must depart by 9:00 pm.
*Quiet hours beginning at 10:00 pm, monitored by decibel readers required by the City
of Fort Lauderdale in all short term rental properties.
*Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without host approval.
Subletting is not permitted.
