This bedroom also includes a modern, comfortable sofa bed (1.00 × 1.86), perfect for an additional guest.
It features air conditioning, a full-length mirror, and a spacious wardrobe.

The modern bathroom with a spacious shower cabin is the perfect place to refresh and unwind after a busy day.
It's stylish and fully equipped with all modern hygiene essentials.

Two sun loungers are available for your sunbathing pleasure, and a large fixed awning provides shade whenever needed.

It is located on the 3rd floor and does NOT have an elevator. From the main road to the apartment door, you must climb 56 steps.

📌 Note
From November 1st to March 30th, the jacuzzi is not included in your stay.

During April and May, if weather conditions permit, we can prepare the jacuzzi one day before your arrival for an additional charge of €30/day, provided your minimum stay is 3 days.

From June to October, for hygiene and environmental reasons, the jacuzzi will be prepared after your arrival.

The apartment only accommodates adults and children over 12 years old.

You have access to all interior and exterior private areas of the apartment—excluding any shared/common areas.

🔒 Safety
For your safety, the apartment is equipped not only with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detector, but also a safe for your valuables.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas.
