๐ฅ Sleeps 20 Comfortably. Up to 30 guests allowed. Guests include all adults and children (not infants 1 and under). No more than 30 guests are allowed on the property at any time, whether staying overnight or visiting for a couple hours.

โ๏ธ Our base rate covers up to 16 guests (excluding infants). For groups larger than 16, there is a $25 per person, per night fee for each additional guest.
