HOUSE RULES:

🕐 TIMELY CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT 🕐
✔️ Check-in is at 5:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. sharp. These times help our team ensure everything is perfectly prepared for each guest’s stay. We’re unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation


MAX GUEST SIZE
👥 Sleeps 20 Comfortably. Up to 30 guests allowed. Guests include all adults and children (not infants 1 and under). No more than 30 guests are allowed on the property at any time, whether staying overnight or visiting for a couple hours.

👥 LARGE GROUP FEE & GUEST COUNT POLICY 👥
✔️ Our base rate covers up to 16 guests (excluding infants). For groups larger than 16, there is a $25 per person, per night fee for each additional guest.
✔️ This fee applies to all nights of the reservation, even if some guests are only on the property for part of the stay.
✔️ Guest count includes everyone on the property at any time, not just overnight guests. Please plan accordingly.
✔️ If your booking platform only allows you to enter 16 guests, please message us before booking so we can update your reservation with the correct pricing.
✔️ If you Instant Book without notifying us, that’s okay — just message us with your full guest count, and we’ll send an additional payment request through your booking platform.


📝 WISCONSIN GUEST REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT 📝
✔️ In compliance with Wisconsin licensing regulations under ATCP 72.16 (Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection), all adult guests age 18 or older must complete a guest registration before check-in. We'll provide a quick and secure way to complete this step to ensure full compliance.

We love hosting joyful gatherings—birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, and milestones are welcome! But it’s not about the size, it’s about the behavior. Please keep things respectful both day and night, with reasonable noise levels and quiet hours honored. Excessive drinking, loud music, or disruptive behavior isn't allowed. We monitor for noise and guest count to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

🌙 QUITE HOURS
Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am to ensure restful nights for everyone. Closely monitored for compliance.

🚭 NO SMOKING
Smoking tobacco or marijuana indoors is strictly prohibited indoors (including pool room). Smart smoke detectors will alert us to this specific type of smoke, resulting in a $1,000 fee. Feel free to enjoy these outdoors.

🐾 PETS ALLOWED
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs for a $500 pet fee. Pets must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. Owners are fully responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required due to pet-related issues. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone.
