🏡 THE ESTATE

Endless Sunrise sits on a beautiful, mostly flat peninsula surrounded by Lake Gaston. From sunrise in the morning to expansive lake views throughout the day, water is the backdrop to nearly everything here.

The estate includes the main house, separate guest house and a heated and cooled gazebo connected by a covered breezeway — giving larger groups the rare combination of being together while still having plenty of room and privacy.

🍽️ MADE FOR LARGE GROUPS

The main house features an open-concept living area with soaring 12-foot ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the lake.

The large kitchen is designed with group vacations in mind and includes:

• 2 full-size refrigerators

• Large dining and gathering areas
• 100-lb ice maker

The guest house adds a second fully equipped kitchen with its own full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and oven.

Whether you're preparing breakfast for the family or bringing in a caterer for a special dinner, there's room to handle a house full of guests.

The main house features a beautiful primary suite with a king bed, lake views, walk-in closet and private bathroom with double vanity and large dual-head shower.

Additional main-house bedrooms include three king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus a custom bunk room featuring two Twin-over-King bunks.

The separate guest house provides three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, stone fireplace and wraparound deck overlooking the property.

🎮 SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

When you're not on the water, there's plenty to do.

Challenge the family to pool, ping pong, cornhole or one of the arcade games. Relax in the heated/cooled gazebo with lake views, TV and Bluetooth audio, or gather outside around the fire pit as the sun goes down.

And, of course, there's the pool and hot tub.

🏊 PRIVATE HEATED SALTWATER POOL + YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB

Spend the afternoon around your private saltwater pool overlooking the property and lake.

The pool is available March 15 through November 1 and heated to approximately 85°F during the pool season.

The hot tub is available year-round — perfect for cool evenings overlooking Lake Gaston.

🚤 YOUR OWN LAKE GASTON WATERFRONT

Bring your own boat or rent ours.

The oversized double boathouse provides deep-water access with depths exceeding approximately 8 feet at the dock. Fishing from the dock is excellent, and the property also offers shallower shoreline areas for enjoying the water.

Included with your stay:

• 16' water trampoline during season

PONTOON RENTAL AVAILABLE:
A Bentley 240 Navigator pontoon with 115 HP outboard and seating for up to 16 passengers may be available to rent during your stay. Advance reservation is recommended.

After a day of boating, swimming and exploring Lake Gaston, gather around the lakeside fire pit, relax in the hot tub or simply enjoy the views from the property.

Endless Sunrise offers a private lakefront setting while remaining convenient to restaurants, groceries and everyday necessities.

Littleton is approximately 10 minutes away with local restaurants, shops, groceries and its classic small-town atmosphere.

Roanoke Rapids is approximately 15 minutes in the opposite direction with additional restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The property is also conveniently accessible from I-95, making it an excellent gathering point for families traveling from Virginia, North Carolina and throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fee.
