Private: garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Public parking. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Mallnitz Ort" 150 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Ski lift 3.8 km, ski bus stop, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ankogel Mallnitz 3.8 km, Mölltaler Gletscher 23.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge)."Elisabeth", 5-room house 85 m2. Simple and rustic furnishings: living room with cable TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 small room with 1 bed. Dining room. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Mattresses and refrigerator were renewed in early 2020.
