Edgewater Escape - Iredell County

Enjoy 180-degree long range water views from our covered deck, patio and dock seating areas while watching the sun glistening on the lake. Our 4,000 sq ft home was thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people and provide a fun filled waterfront vacation for your group.

Spend your days swimming, kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding in the large cove or rent a boat and have it delivered to our dock. Have your own boat? The public boat launch and local marina is around the corner (yet out of sight) as well as restaurants where you can dock and dine.

The large ground floor family room was designed to entertain everyone in your group! When not enjoying the lake, spend time reading in the cozy nook overlooking the lake, having air hockey or foosball competitions, relaxing in the 6-person hot tub or watching a movie on the 75’ TV.

Both kids and adults will appreciate the separate kid suite with 4 bunks and a separate TV room designed for video gaming. You bring your favorite gaming console and we’ll provide the 55” TV and the cool atmosphere.

Preparing meals will be simple with the fully stocked kitchen and gas grill. Household basics such as spices, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towels, napkins, coffee, filters, K-cups, tea, sugar, creamer, toilet paper, grill propane, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soap and garbage bags will be provided.

The relaxing family room adjacent to the kitchen includes a 75’ TV and beautiful view of the lake.

Need to work? Then use the comfortable office complete with monitor, mouse and laptop stand and close the French doors for privacy.

All five bedrooms enjoy lake views and are furnished with their own TV. The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower and free-standing soaking tub. The other two bedrooms on the first floor have queen beds and share a bathroom. A second king size bedroom with a bathroom immediately outside the door and the kid bunk suite are on the ground floor.

Each bathroom has a hairdryer and are kid friendly with a one-step stool. A pac and play is also available. All TVs are Roku Smart TVs in guest mode so you can log into your own accounts and enjoy your favorite shows while ensuring that all the accounts you log into are automatically erased upon checkout. All Roku TVs support Apple AirPlay and the two 75" TVs (Living Room and Basement) both also support Chromecast.

No smoking/vaping, no parties and no pets are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed to be on the property. Please note that this is a residential neighborhood in which courtesy and respect for neighbors is expected. Disturbances will not be tolerated. Quiet hours of 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.

Two cameras are located (front door and driveway) are installed for security purposes only. No cameras are inside the home.
