The lounge has a 65" smart TV with all the main channels. Free Wifi is throughout the house. The french doors open up allowing the fresh air in. You are not overlooked, and you see the sun setting in the evenings.

This lovely comfortable lounge has a very pleasant outlook. The perfect place to relax after a busy day.
You can open these doors up allowing the fresh air to spill in. Its west facing so the evenings are most pleasant. It overlooks a small river and there are nice walks in the area.
The 65" smart TV gets the main channels as well as Netflix, YouTube and other apps. The internet is viber and the wifi is fast.
One reserved parking place with provision for a visitor space as well.
This apartment is the nearest to Ebbsfleet International Station. Just 10 minutes walk and then 17 minute to St Pancras station London.

We are the closest apartment to the station. Situated on ground floor and included is one parking space to leave your car free of charge. Wheelchair accessible.

I sold the business in 2009 and immigrated to New Zealand for an adventure. During our time there I had a lot of boating experience including sailing to Antarctica.
