The master double bedroom cajoles entry with its prevalent velux windows, generous storage space, and designated working space equipped with a desk and a laptop stand. Portable air conditioning is available for the room during the hotter periods.
The single bedroom although compact, offers an intimate yet welcoming setting from the velux window. The storage space from cupboard adjacent to the entrance, comes in particularly handy. Portable air conditioning is also available during hotter months.
Guest will have access to the entire property during their stay! The main front door is shared with one neighbour.

Located in a lovely residential area of Brighton with quick access into the centre and plenty to see close by!
Lovely cafes such as Tilt, The Flour Pot bakery, Fiveways Deli, North Village. There are also some excellent pubs and bars in the area such as the Preston Park Tavern, Open House, Signalman and Wine Bar 300.
Close by to Preston Park that boasts cafes, playgrounds, a Velodrome and the famous Preston Manor, perfect for a morning jogs, outdoor yoga, or a cycle on a sunny day. Preston Park is also a host to Brighton Pride in August and several Festivals in May.
Blakers Park and Hollingbury parks are conveniently nearby and are children and dog friendly.
The famous North Laine area just a 10-15 minute walk away, is a hub for independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewellery shops, cafes and pubs.
The Brighton Centre is a easily walkable along the seafront, and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast.
The Cultural Quarter which boasts Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Dome, the Museum & Art Gallery, and the Theatre Royal is also just a 10 minute stroll from our flat.
WALKING - From the house you can walk to everything you'll want to see during your stay - the beach, the i360, restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping at Churchill Square, independent shops in the North Laine etc.
PARKING - Parking can be difficult and expensive all over central Brighton. If you do need to park, there are pay & display bays in the area (please check local signs), and several car parks.
BUSES - There are numerous buses if you prefer to jump on a bus. They are regular and easy to use and go from Western Road, a couple of minutes walk north from the flat.
TAXI - Taxi companies & UBER operate locally so getting around is never an issue.
BIKES - All over the city you can hire a social bike and enjoy the cycle path that runs from Hove all the way to Saltdean, it's beautiful cycling along the coast. You can also park these bikes up securely across the whole city.
Parking may be available at an extra cost depending on the bookings schedule, please enquire beforehand should you require this.
