The space
The home is located at the very end of a steep hillside street on a very large double-lot, extremely private and surrounded by nature. There is abundant street parking in front of the property, but be prepared to park on an incline. To access the property, one must climb approximately a dozen stairs from the street to the front yard.

**Due to the hillside neighborhood and the sprawling nature of LA, this home is best rented by guests with access to a car. Many stores & restaurants are an easy 5-minute drive away.

Other things to note
*Mondays, typically between 11 am-3pm, there is a 30-45 minute slot in which the gardeners will come and perform weekly maintenance on the landscape.

HOUSE RULES

NO loud music
NO parties or events allowed.
No pets/companion animals allowed on premises without Host permission and payment of pet fee
NO overnight guests without Host Approval, modification to the booking, and payment of an additional fee.
NO film projects or photoshoots
NO smoking or vaping inside the premises whatsoever. There is a designated smoking area on the front porch. Please use the ashtray.
NO FIRES allowed - this is a high-risk fire zone and outdoor fires are not permitted.

Daytime Visitors: On occasion, we do permit guests to invite up to 2 friends/family at a time to visit them at the home. This will be approved by us on a case-by-case basis – and will not be permitted as a frequent or daily occurrence. Guests must be transparent and let us know ahead of time if they plan to host friends or family during daytime hours. As mentioned above, no additional overnight guests are allowed without modification to the booking.

** Failure to abide by the above house rules will be considered a breach of the rental agreement and if needed will be escalated to Airbnb for resolution. Consequences could include an immediate termination of the booking and forfeiture of the remaining nightly fees.

Optional Add-on fee : if Guests would like to host a dinner party on the premises for an additional fee (up to 8 visitors), contact the Host to make arrangements.

There are exterior cameras on the property for security purposes monitoring both property entrances- but None in the interior or facing the interior. If cameras lose connection/power, the Hosts will need to come onsite to reactivate. Guests will be notified of the Hosts coming in advance.
