Located on a private gated street with nine homes. 40 steps from the front door to the beach walk. Private pool (unheated). Poolside charcoal grill on the first floor and parking for 3 vehicles. Dune Drifter is a beautiful family home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Every bedroom has their own en suite bath and private space to relax. Then come together in the open living and kitchen on 2nd floor with balcony and gulf views. King bedroom with 3rd floor balcony features outdoor seating and gulf views. Two 1st floor king bedrooms each with ensuite baths. Bunk and tower rooms on 3rd floor sleep 6 in built-in twins and have en-suite full bath with shower.

FIRST FLOOR-The ground level first floor offers 2 large king bedrooms each with its own attached private full bath. Bedroom 1(east) has a king bed featuring Cozy Earth sheets and fresh and comfortable white duvet. En suite full bath with shower and hair dryer. Bedroom 1 has an exterior door which enters from the front porch. All linens, including duvet covers, are fresh for every guest. Bedroom 1 also has smart TV, ceiling fan, and wifi. Bedroom 2 (west) is also located on the first floor and has a king bed and en suite full bath with jetted tub and separate custom shower with hair dryer. Bedroom 2 also has smart TV, wifi, and ceiling fan. The ground level also has a sink and beverage refrigerator at the entrance to private pool (not heated). Pool door is alarmed. The pool equipped with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a charcoal grill.

SECOND FLOOR-On the second floor, the chef's kitchen is complete with quartz counters and stainless appliances. Families will love the open floor plan and plenty of seating at the over-sized quartz bar. The family room has comfortable seating and large smart TV with wifi. Gulf views from the bay window in great room. The 2nd floor balcony has bistro tables and chairs to enjoy a meal al fresco, and seating to enjoy gulf views and breezes. The second floor has a half bath and a separate laundry room with laundry sink, iron, and drying rack.

THIRD FLOOR- On the 3rd floor, kids will love the large bunk room and soaring tower room with en suite full bathroom with shower and hair dryer. This room sleeps 6. The tower room sleeps 4 (two sets of twin-sized built-in bunk beds) with a soaring 20 foot ceiling and smart TV. The bunk room sleeps 2 (2 individual twin-sized beds) with west facing windows and a gorgeous sunset view.

The 3rd floor master bedroom is adjacent to the bunk room. The master has a king bed featuring Cozy Earth sheets and white duvets. The en suite full bath has double sinks with quartz counter tops and large custom shower with gulf views. Bath amenities and hair dryer. The master accesses a private balcony with seating to enjoy eastern gulf views.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS-Our beach access is simply amazing. Dune Drifter is one home from beach front and approximately 50 steps to the beach walk. With only 9 homes on our gated street, the beach is never crowded and it's just so close. Dune Drifter is on the beach side of 30A (no street to cross). *Please note that the HOA of this private beach request tents be on the back 1/3 of the beach. We provide 12 portable beach chairs and 2 Beach Bub umbrella systems for do-it-yourself use. You may also rent beach chair and umbrella set up along with kayaks and SUP at beachside from Beach Chairs 4 U. Sand toys located next to pool. You will absolutely love the beautiful and comfortable interior and the fantastic location with super easy beach access at Dune Drifter.
